June 15-21 is National Energy-Saving Publicity Week. At this moment, Huav Filter Environmental Protection has successfully been selected as a key energy-saving technology application case in Guangdong Province with the "Energy-saving and Carbon-reducing Project for Dust Removal System Using New Low-resistance Filter Material." This honor is not only a recognition of our technological innovation but also an encouragement for us to continue on the path of 'coordinated pollution and carbon reduction for greater efficiency.

This project was jointly implemented by Hualv Environmental Protection and Angang Lianzhong (Guangzhou) Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., and it officially started operation at the Guangzhou stainless steel plant in December 2024. It involves a comprehensive upgrade of the dust removal system for the core processes of short-process steelmaking. Together, the two parties upgraded 7 existing dust collectors and added 2 special dust collectors for smelting, with a total air handling capacity of 9.02 million m³/h. Thanks to Hualv Environmental's self-developed new low-resistance filter material, the inlet and outlet air pressure of the equipment dropped significantly by 500 Pa, saving 11.79 million kWh of electricity annually and effectively controlling fan energy consumption. The total investment for the project was 10.9 million yuan, with a payback period of just about a year. Combining environmental protection with economic benefits, it provides a replicable energy-saving model for the steel dust removal sector.

Faced with this impressive 'energy-saving report card,' we sincerely thank the Guangdong Provincial Energy Bureau for their professional guidance and authoritative recognition. This acknowledgment is both encouragement and motivation.
